Faults in the motor and the heating element during normal use.
Repair or replacement of the motor and the heating element, as decided by our service team. The complete product is not replaced.
Sewing machine mechanical faults found during normal use.
What is not covered
Damage from drops, water, fire, power surges or wrong voltage.
Misuse, or use that does not follow the instructions given with the product.
Repair or opening of the product by anyone other than an authorized Amzico technician.
Complete product replacement is not provided. Only the motor and the heating element are repaired or replaced.

Keep your Amzico invoice or order number (for online orders, the number looks like AMZ-yymmdd-#3001) and your warranty card safe. We need it to confirm your purchase.

We check the product
Our service team will guide you on the phone first. If the product needs a check, you can bring it to our head office in Multan or we will tell you how to send it.

Repair or replacement
If the fault is covered by warranty, the motor or the heating element is repaired or replaced. The complete product is not replaced. We will keep you informed until it is back with you.

You receive an order number (for example AMZ-yymmdd-#3001) and a confirmation email with your order details.

We call you
Our team calls you on the phone number you gave to confirm the address and arrange your delivery.

Receive your order
Your order is delivered to your door. Check it with the delivery person before you accept it.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 20,000. For smaller orders, our team will tell you the delivery charges for your city when they call to confirm your order, before anything is sent.
Delivery time depends on your city and the product. We will tell you the expected time on the call.
Payment before delivery
Pay in advance with Bank Transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Upload the payment screenshot at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery, 10% of the order total is paid in advance. The remaining 90% is paid in cash when your order arrives.
Your order is placed only after the payment screenshot is uploaded.
When your order arrives
Check that the box is not opened, torn or damaged.
Check that the product, model and quantity match your order.
Keep your invoice and warranty card safe for any future service.
